Our screening process includes credit and criminal background checks, income verification, review of rental references and eviction history, as well as personal references, to identify applicants who are most likely to support a stable tenancy.

Free Troubleshooting for common Repairs

Whenever possible, we help tenants resolve simple issues at no cost, such as flipping a breaker, resetting a tripped GFCI outlet, restarting a garbage disposal, or keeping filters clean.

This approach minimizes unnecessary vendor dispatches and helps ensure you’re only paying for repairs that truly require professional service.

Who Needs To Apply? Everyone over the age of 18 needs to submit their own separate application. If using a co-signer, you can invite them to fill out the co-signer application during your application process.

Starting an application: You can begin filling out an application and save a draft without it being considered officially submitted.

Finalizing and submitting: The application becomes formally submitted when you click the “Submit” button after reviewing and completing all necessary information, and making a payment for the application fee. 

There is an $8 application fee and a $35 screening fee, which makes the total $43 to fully apply.
